Hello,
Just got a new Mac (with the new M1 chip)-- and for some reason the audio and speakers do not work once I connect with someone -- even after having tested the audio and speakers. These work on both google meeets and streamyard-- so I reckon it really has something to do with connection to my zoom.
And the audio/ speaker only worked once-- when I tried using it with another friend who has a Mac. Very strange.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app a few times.
Any other ways to fix this by any chance?
Thanks,
Joanna

Hey @ronganna, did you download the Zoom Client from https://zoom.us/download, where is says for Macs with Apple Silicon chips, click here to download?
If not, suggest uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling for Macs with Apple Silicon chips ☝️ Would also suggest updating your MacOS if updates are available. 😄
