Audio disconnects randomly

Whenever I'm in a meeting a message saying "Failed to detect your mic and speaker. Please make sure your devices are properly connected."  I can complete this trouble shooting with little to know difficulty but this problem will reoccur seconds later the message pops again leaving me at square 1. If this helps the audio device is a Razer Nari using the Bluetooth connection and the built in mic. No settings are changed externally. Please help

Hey @gwbb2010, have you downloaded the software for your microphone? Are you able to see any Bluetooth audio input within your Zoom Settings > Audio? Also, is your microphone detectable and set as your speaker/microphone in the Windows or Mac settings, depending on the device? 🙂
