Audio Issues during meeting

Hello,

I'm running into an audio issue during group meetings.

If the host is playing music or sounding a gong I cannot hear it, but speech I can hear just fine.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?

Thanks,

Chris

This may be because the host has enabled noise cancellation.
By default, noise cancellation is enabled so that participants cannot hear any sound other than human voices.

It is good if the host changes the audio profile appropriately.
