We have 3 new MacBook Pro computers, all on a flat gbE wired network. When using the wire, Zoom will get stuck every couple minutes, and then resume with the message about poor internet connection. If we switch to wireless, the problem goes away (but we want to use wired.)
We've tried new usb-c to ethernet dongles; turned off the zoom graphics performance options; different cables. The same behavior on all three boxes. Our ethernet is a flat network -- so no extra hops to the switch. All non-blocking switches. Internet connection is 1gb.
My boss reverted back to using his iMac because Zoom is so integral.
Any ideas?

Hi @BigDanSRQ ! I'm sorry for the late reply, but I wanted to check in. Are you still having this issue? If so, I want to help 🙂

Carla -- after a few months of investigation, it looks like the problem is in our firewall. Not quite at a resolution yet, but I'll post when we get there.
