Technical details for audio/video prioritisation for low bandwidth settings

Hi

 

Can anyone advise on how Zoom prioritises audio over video when there is low upload bandwidth? It is clear that Zoom does prioritise audio but is there any actual advantage to turning the video off or is that academic as the audio has priority anyway?
