Are there other users on your same account? Alt-hosts can only be others on your same account, so if you are the only users in your account, it will not be available.

Yes there are many under the same account. But still can't see that option.

Are you and at least one other user on the account licensed?

no, we are under basic plan.

Unfortunately, the prerequisites to use alt-host say both users must be licensed users on the same account.

Hi there

I seem to be having the same issues with assigning an alt-host.  We are on the same account and it is a paid account. However, the option to assign an alt-host does not appear under the "advanced options" when scheduling a meeting.

Are you perhaps able to assist with this, please?
