2nd allowing participants to join before host

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @AGENEKI.

 

Actually, one answer solves both problems!  Do all three of these for your meetings:

  1. Enable Passcodes.
  2. Disable Waiting Room.
  3. Enable the Option for Join before host for 15 minutes or less.
