Admin - How to add and how to keep the privacy of my account

I dont want the admin to see all my meetings - and contacts - I want that to be private.

How to make someone admin that can log in and start meeting, let people in, and start recording?
I have pro account and I really need to let someone to be able to start up my meetings.
