Adding zoom to my dock

I'm new to all this... how do I add the zoom app to my dock?

Hey @Windmill59, on Mac you can open Zoom and right-click the icon on the dock, and select Options > Keep in Dock. On Windows, right-click on Zoom —again, on the desktop or from the Start menu—and select "Pin this program to taskbar" (if Zoom is already open) or "Pin to taskbar" otherwise.

Stupid question but.. I don't have the zoom icon on my dock... how do I get it there?

Hi RN, Yes, I was able to figure out how to get the zoom app on my Mac dock. Next question though, how do I access the zoom apps for virtual backgrounds? I have followed the recommendations regarding my settings but I am still not having any success. Can you please advise me as to how to utilize this great feature in laymans terms as I'm very much a newbie to this. Many thanks, Windmill59

Hey @Windmill59 you can look into the Virtual Background App https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/bds99mN4S_i7ktJINgsNXw 

From there if not signed in you can click the 'sign in to install' and go through the process flow of adding the application to Zoom. Here is the documentation for the installation process https://zoomappdocs.zoom.us/virtualbackground

HI! It appears that I have installed the apps but they are not being displayed as a virtual background when I am in the zoom room. Help? Thank you!
