Add different Host for the Meeting via Rest Api

I have a Requirement where I have to create my Clients as host using create/meeting api ,and they will have further their Customers to whom they schedule meeting with.

I was exploring the Api create/meeting api and see there is one option for custUser while creating a meeting where we have to create a user first and then we can make them meeting host.

Is there any option other then above approach ? If there is no other option what is the plan with which the above custUser functionality is available ,currently I have business account Need urgent help.
