I have a Pro Account, through my company, but when I log in, it shows Basic, and I am limited to 40-minute meetings, and the number of participants I can invite. I was able to use my Pro access, until about a week ago, but no matter what I do, I can't revert back to Pro from Basic. I tried contacting Zoom Support, but that was no help.

Hi @troschne @KarinFthlComm ,

The latest Zoom release on February 27, 2023, resolved an issue where licensed users received a 40-minute time limit on meetings with Zoom Outlook plugin. Please update Zoom to the latest version to resolve. Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear that's happening, troschne.  I have a similar issue in that I *am* listed as having a Pro Plan and I'm still limited to 40 min. meetings.

I have this same issue...how can I update my Zoom to the latest version? I don't see that option. I am using it in my web browser, not through an outlook extension.
