Accessing desktop to add image for a virtual background

User unable to add virtual background from the desktop.  Desktop does not populate to add an image

Hello,
My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! Are you stating that when the user goes into their settings under Background & Filters and clicks on add image that it does not take them to their desktop to select an image?

I added a new photo for my background. I have an IPad 7 Generation.  The new photo shows up on my IPad under photos but when I go to Zoom and tad add background photo I see all the photos as they appear on my IPad except the new addition.  Was wondering if I have to be in an actual session in order to see and add the new
