Hi all,
we are using AVD win10 22H2 Multisession, ZOOM VDI 5.13.1 .
We try to take a screenshot of the video window, but the result is always a black image.
No matter with which tool. The problem occurs from Windows, MacOS or IGEL Linux client.
In other video conferencing apps (Teams, WebEX) the problem does not occur.
Does anyone else have the problem or an idea what could be the cause?🤔

I'm seeing a similar problem in a AVD win11 multi-session environment using Zoom VDI 5.16.10 but only for a single user.
