Planing to run meeting for 300 people. it would be two 4 hour long meeting.

Shall l set two meeting or just set one meeting?  and what should I consider for zoom apps?
members who attend meeting are same member.

To make it as simple as possible, I would schedule one meeting and just restart it when the 2nd session is set to begin. This will work as long as the 2 sessions are within 30 days of each other.
