How do i get back to just plain old Zoom Meetings? I don't want the Calendar and email!!!!

This effort to make Zoom a replacement for my existing tools in Microsoft 365 is making me insane.  I just want to use the meeting functionality, I neither need nor want Zoom to take over my life. 

How do i turn it off!!!!! I want the old little window to pop up to start a meeting and that's all

I want plain ole zoom. I do not want a membership

I want the old one back also!! All this allows me to do is put on ugly avatars and ugly stuff
