We are working on putting Zoom Events into place for our client to handle their virtual two day conference and was interested in examples of Sponsorship packages that others put together. Is anyone able to share what they have done or a best practice?

Hi, @AIA-Christina.
No, there’s no specific packaging or marketing assistance built into Zoom Events.
But you could get clever by using Registration and Ticketing, create an “Event Sponsorship Package” with an appropriate price point, and include text in a custom Email for that ticket type to “Contact Event Staff at <email address> for assistance in enabling your sponsorship package”. Don’t know anything that’s tried that, but if you’re looking for a way to collect the sponsorship funds, that might work.
To prevent this Ticket Type from showing up for everyone, you could make it dependent on entering a Promo/Offer code. In fact, you could set up a Platinum Sponsor ticket with a code Platinum and limit it to however many Platinum sponsors you’d like, and the same for a Gold and Silver sponsor level.
You’d need to have some instructional material ready to send to them on how to configure their booths, etc., which you’d need to set up after their Sponsor Tickets were purchased. Think about how you will enable additional Representatives – without requiring an extra payment. Plenty more to think about, but this is a start.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @AIA-Christina.
Are you looking for ways to set up the Zoom Event sponsor, or how to incentivize someone to become a sponsor? (I think maybe the word “packages” is confusing me.)

To be more exact. Are there prebuilt sponsorship packages in Zoom events and can sell sponsorships through zoom events directly?
