Zoom Event Hub: Events are not appearing in chronological order

Hi, I am adding several events to my event hub and the events are appearing with my most recently created as the first event, not in chronological order. How can I change the events to appear in chronological order?

Hi @domfort ,  are all your events published? It would be good to understand if you're viewing them in the 'Upcoming' tab or 'Draft' tab?

In the list view, the most recent upcoming events are listed from top to bottom. Events are sorted by the start time of the event, and registration statuses are displayed.  - it would be good see a screenshot to understand what is driving the order.

Hello,

I am having the same issue.

Events that I create are displayed with the 'newest' event listed first. I'd like to change the default order so that the oldest events are listed first, which is more intuitive to attendees.

 

Request: is there an option to change the default sort order to 'Oldest First'?

Hi.

 

I have searched for a solution to this question, but I cannot find one (in this thread or other support forums). I am adding a commenting on this thread to renew the discussion.

 

I am also having this issue.

 

Specifically, in the public-facing /events page within our Events Hub, the default order of upcoming events appears to use "newest first" (although, that is not selected) which displays the events in a reverse chronological order (events for June 2026 are shown "first").

 

Switching to "oldest first" presents the events in chronological order, with the "next" event shown first.

 

I have reviewed every help article, discussion, and setting to find a way to display "all events" in chronological order. But, I cannot find a solution.

 

The user experience is confusing at best.

 

I would appreciate help or support from the Zoom team. Is this a known issue? Is a "fix" on the roadmap? Is it actually designed this way (weird) and will not be "fixed?"
