Unable to have co host & not able to stream to FB

Hey! I have a monthly paid zoom and don't have the ability to add co host on my account when doing a call and I'm not able to stream live to FB. 

I've googled and watched YouTube on maybe a setting I was missing and I don't have all the options...

Any Suggestions?
