Fundraiser not allowed?

I am working on creating a fundraiser using Zoom events. I go through the steps to choose a nonprofit and then hit save. I am met with an error message that says not_allowed. I cannot find anything about this or how to fix it. The organization has a Pledge account.

 

Please help!

Do you have a screenshot of the error?  And is the User setting up the Event an authorized user in Pledge?
