Clients in Mexico cant join my meeting

Hi there!

My clients in Mexico get an error message that they are not permitted to join my meeting.  Any ideas on how to change that?  Thanks!

Has anyone found an answer to this problem?  I'm having the same issue with my invitees in Mexico.
