On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I am taking a webinar. The teacher's face is always slightly blurred. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Palmerbill.

Welcome to Zoom Community!

It's possible that the camera being used is the issue. Have you tried using a different camera? This can help determine if the problem persists and troubleshoot it from the Zoom settings.

You could also check the video quality you have selected, whether it's HD or FULL HD.

Thanks for your reply.  I mean here that when I watch a video of a webinar, the speaker's face is slightly blurred. I don't mean using a camera myself. Hope this clarifies my issue.
