I am trying to add a panelist to a webinar and their email ends in .us. Zoom won't let me add them - it gives me a message that the email is not valid, except it is. The panelist does not want me to send it to their personal email. What can I do to add this panelist with their work email?

@Ray_Harwood , I am having this same issue. Can you please message me as well. I'm not able to invite any panelists and the email addresses are all confirmed and valid.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @MLB78.
Would you mind please starting a new thread, and include all of the following information:
- What are you using: Zoom Events, Zoom Sessions, plain old Webinars
- Where are you attempting to invite panelists? A screen shot would be great, with a bogus/anonymous entry that shows the error you get, if any.
- Any other details that can help me troubleshoot your specific situation.
Inviting Panelists to stand-alone Webinars works if you follow this:
https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066116
In Zoom Events and Session, you do not specifically invite "panelists", you invite people on the Session Speakers panel:
Unfortunately new Zoom Community rules don't permit me to message you directly - for a long time. (It used to be a couple of days.) Sorry!
