Zoom Webinar Registration Discrepancy

On zoom, the webinar tracking links section says it has 170 registrations but when I export the csv file it only has 142 registered.
- Does this happen for anyone else?
- Can anyone help me better understand why this happens?
- If I can resolve it, how?

2. I think it must be a bug. It is very unpractical that one cannot have the full view of all registrations so far.
3. I hope Zoom will fix it.

We had the same problem. In our case, the registration report was one day delayed. So everyone who registered today was not included in the registration report. We had to manually look at the registrants from the webinar settings page and pull the info for the people who registered today.

Still seems to be a problem as of Feb 9/22. Currently missing 16 registrants (250/266 appear in the downloaded registration report). Does any one have/know of a solution?
