It is important to know that my Zoom Account Settings has "Enable Custom Questions" checked.
Problem
From a Chrome browser, I have created a webinar and I needed to add a custom question to the registration page. I went to Registration Settings > edit > Custom Questions tab > create a new question > type (single answer, dropdown), I enter my question and it has 11 responses > then I select save all.
After selecting save all, the custom question is not appearing in the custom questions tab. After saving the first time, I went to the registration link, registered for the webinar, and the custom question was also not there. I went back to the Registration Settings a second time and went through the same process, entered all the information, and save all. The custom question is not saving, despite entering it twice and saving, and despite my Zoom Account settings having "Enable Custom Questions" checked.

I resolved it. I wasn't selecting "create." I thought create was "create another question." 😑

You are the best! My colleague and I were struggling with this same thing (today, 5 hours after you posted this) and we were stuck. Your post solved it for us, except for us the button we were missing said "Save" not "Create". Thank you so much!

That's great! I'm glad my post helped you. 😊 I also feel better knowing I'm not the only one who got stuck in that section. It seems simple, but it's not! 😅
