I was looking over attendance analytics from our event last year, and I noticed that we had a large number (over 1,000) people who attended 0 sessions and spent 0 minutes in sessions. Since these are considered attendees — not registrants — by Zoom Events, I'm wondering how Zoom Events defines an attendee and what "zero" actually means.

good question. to be honest not sure. I think registrants are those that have entered the lobby. Attendees by default are ALL registrants, but they actually JOINED sessions (as opposed to watching the live stream from the lobby). You are invited to join my Zoom Events FB group.
