When panelist is screen share we want no distraction for attendees. (hide video thumbnail)

Hello,
on webinars we want our attendees to see only what the panelist is sharing.
We disabled reactions (emojis)
But don't know how to remove the video thumbnail of the panelist.  It is very annoying!
Please HELP!
