Hello!
I recently ran a test Webinar with OnZoom and it is not giving me an option to record. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, and also tried from Windows and iOS. I am able to record Meetings but there is no option for Webinars. Anyone know what might be the issue?
Thanks!
Monica

@monica2021, look at you go OnZoom! I think this hint will help.
In OnZoom, we allow Hosts to customize as much of the event as possible, even the ability to record your events. While editing your OnZoom event in Event Options, you'll see a 'Cloud Recording Settings and Access Permissions' section. Please enable cloud recording by flipping the toggle, and configure according to your intended use case!

The section on your screenshare called " Cloud Recordings..." is not an option on that page for me. Does anyone know how to fix the issue?

Hi Brandy,
Did you ever figure this out? I think I'm in the same boat and do not see the section Cloud Recordings....is this something we have to pay for? Thanks for your reply!
