Hi folks, does anyone know if there's a setting to have the Zoom Webinar waiting room video play for attendees before they get into the webinar, even if they log in late?

Hi @jchenIHE , welcome to the zoom community. There is the ability to have a video play for you webinar waiting room. This plays before the host starts webinar, if they were to join late (but the host had started the webinar) they would see the active webinar not the waiting room.
