Participants are not showing up in Zoom Reports post webinar

I created an event through Calendly with my Zoom connected. After the webinar was over, I saw the webinar and recording in Zoom. However, when I review the "participants" report, I am the only person listed and no other attendees are showing up. Is there any way to ensure this doesn't occur next time? I want to be able to see anyone who joined at any point in time for the webinar.

I am glad the data is there.

It's probably something was broken, but they pulled the data out, which is great.

It is most often within minutes, although I have seen reports take hours, so there is a level of processing that has to be done by the Zoom system.

Hi @Rachel_ ,

This is not what is expected and can I check with you.
Did you create the calendly event with all the people you wanted in the webinar or did you create the webinar a and then share the link you got back from zoom?
If you did share the link you were given by Zoom, then that was your personal link, and everyone who joined would be seen by Zoom as you, as they used your link. That would mean only you were seen  as the only person.
I stopped using calendly and now use tidycal, but it should work the same and I will try this and see what reports I get.
all the best

@ExpertswhoJohn thanks for responding. I did create the event in Calendly with the Zoom link automatically generated. Participants registered through the Calendly Link and had Zoom on the calendar invite. I also had an email sequence where I dropped the Zoom link in as well for registered participants.

All the participants are viewable when we were on the Zoom but are not showing up in Zoom Reports.

Hey, @Rachel_,

While @ExpertswhoJohn is checking the links, etc., I have a question or two.

You mention this is a webinar, but you used the link Calendly provided.  Calendly normally only creates a Meeting.  Did you convert it to a Webinar?  Or are you using the term "webinar" when it really was a Zoom meeting?  (No problem, just asking!)

Which report did you run?  There are several that look like they'd give you the data you want, but they each have their own quirks.  If you could provide a screen shot where you were generating the report, that would help us both troubleshoot.

Thanks!

@Ray_Harwood @ExpertswhoJohn

To find the participant report I did the following steps:

Reports > Usage Reports > Adjusted dates to find meeting

It was scheduled as a meeting and not a webinar, correct.

I just checked again now and the participants are listed so may be there was a bug before not pulling them through. This was a meeting from May 17th and I checked last week and it wasn't there.

Do you know if it takes time for the participants to show or am I correct that it may have been a bug to cause the delay?

Thanks for your help.
