On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

No notification that a recording is ready to download

I'm no longer receiving email notifications that recordings are ready to be shared. Previously, I would receive an email notification, often within 15-20 minutes after the meeting, that the recording is ready for download/sharing. This no longer happens.

I've checked the junk mail folders—nothing.

I've found it difficult, nearly impossible actually, to find the setting where I can make sure this is enabled. I did come across a setting to notify the host and attendees when the recording is available. I've enabled this, however, neither myself, nor the attendee is receiving notifications for the download/sharing of the recordings.

Hi @zakiwarfel! When you sign into Zoom, on the left side you should navigate to Settings>Meeting>Email Notification. Let me know if that helps!
