Hello, I am an admin who organises webinar events on the Zoom. I would like to know if there is an automated way to inform the users, who have already registered, about any changes that I make into the webinar description? I can inform them manually by email but please let me know if there is an automated way.
Thank you

Hi @Ajay
If you edit the details of the Webinar at zoom.us/webinar/list#/upcoming it will send an update email to your existing registrants (or you will have the option to).
I often receive updates to Webinars in this way.
Hope this helps.

Hi, what if you want to edit something in the description itself that is not affect the date or time. What if it simply a grammatical mistake? It seems like any edits I make prompts and email to all registrants. I also have an integration with a CMS so I am not sure if this is influencing the outcome.
