On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Error Sharing Video

I recorded a webinar, downloaded it, and then tried sharing it in a new webinar. I go to "Share Screen" >> "Advanced" >> "Video" and then select the previously downloaded video. The box "Optimize for video clip" is checked. When I select the video to share, I get the error "<<FileName>> exceeds the maximum allowed resolution of 1920x1080 px. Please try a different file". What do I do?

Hello!
Another option to share this video would be to play it on your local computer and share your video player using the same "Optimize for video clip" setting.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thanks! Rick

Hi There,

That was already selected and I tried unselecting and selecting it again and it did not resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Nadine

Any update for fixes?  I have some employees experiencing the same error.
