Hello zoom team. We need your help. We've been running a global challenge event out of click funnels through Zoom and we are recording the session for replays for those who signed up or are in other parts of the world so they can watch them later. We are putting them onto YouTube once we are done. The issue we are having is that the quality and size that is coming from Zoom is small and the quality is not the best. The Frame Size you are sending us is 1280 x 720 at a Frame Rate of 25.00. We are downloading them to our external hard drive. We would like the Frame Rate to be 30.00, and the size to be 1920 x 1280. Where do we go to change that or how do we change that?

@Jeff-Mona-14 hi, there is a matrix of the recorded resolutions here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4409490756749-Resolution-of-recorded-video
As @Ray_Harwood was mentioning for 1920 x 1080 (1080p) it requires "Full HD" enabled which is available for Business, Education, or Enterprise accounts.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Jeff-Mona-14.
Since you haven’t received an answer yet, I’ll chime in with my own opinion – not a Zoom employee, so it’s not definitive!
Honestly, I don’t think there’s a way for you to make these changes directly. Here’s a few resources for you that might help you understand what you can and can’t do:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360025561091
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360040771752
If you are on Business account, be sure you have requested and been enabled for UHD video, and enable it in each session where you need it.

My other thought is that you can use something like Adobe Media Encoder to re-render the files into the desired resolution and frame rate.
