Co-host or alternative host to test the meeting a few minutes before without participants there

Hi, I scheduled a meeting with registration and would like to test the setup with a co-host a few minutes before. What link do I give the co-host to join the meeting? Should I select "allow participants to join anytime"? I want to press the button when we are both ready to start the meeting and then have everyone join. Thanks!

enable practice session - "Start pratice Session" 15 minutes before the webinar starts and then click "Start webinar" when ready.
