Is there a way/feature to allow participants joining a webinar late to see the previously sent chat messages during the live call?

Thank you Zoom TestKitchen! Does that also include the team chat announcements feature? It sounds like that is more for internal use and not for use on a large external webinar, but thought I'd double check.

As I understand, the new Team Chat will keep the threads to and for everybody.
