We had a Zoom Event originally scheduled for today, that we changed two days ago. We have just been advised that many of those who are registered to the event, tried to join it today, and it would seem that they were not sent a notification of the date change from Zoom, nor a new meeting request.
We had over 400 people registered so this is not ideal. Any ideas why?

@AndyGoodyear Hi there, if you schedule a Zoom Event and make a date change you can re-send the confirmation email. If you look at Communications > Emails and then view the various emails you will be able to see which one is used (look for the "Total emails sent").
If you click on the number itself you can then see all the emails sent, if you select them all with the check box at the top then you can re-send them. It will allow up to 3 additional re-sends per email template.
You can also customize the email with the email builder and announce there is a date change, the actual ICS or calendar links will update within the new email automatically though.
