Can't download poll reports after webinar

Hi all,

I've hosted a webinar, and during the webinar, I launched 2 polls. 

I saw that more than 40 people had answered the polls.

Now, I'm trying to download the polls reports but can't find them.

I looked under Webinar- the specific webinar - polls/Quizzes - but under the "status" tab is written "not launched" (They've been launched by me for sure).

 

Is there anything to do to retrieve those reports?

Your poll reports are under Admin, Account Management, Reports. After opening reports, there is a webinar report and it will have your poll reports.

Chris, this was not the case for me. I launched a poll in a meeting last night, watched the results tally, but there is not an option to download a report under Admin, Account Management, Reports. Any ideas?
