On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Can I upgrade Webinar after registration is full?

I want to check if it is possible to subscribe for a larger audience after a webinar registration is full to cater for more. This means that the webinar is already set up and registration has started but the actual webinar has not yet happened. Thank you!

@Alex_PFT is correct, you can simply upgrade your webinar license and it will have the higher capacity available for all your scheduled webinars.

How about after the webinar has actually begun?  Can I upgrade our webinar license if we have met capacity and I want to allow more people to join?

You need to start with the appropriate Webinar license capacity, you can't upgrade mid-webinar without dropping the webinar and starting over with a higher capacity license.

Thanks, Lennie!
