Registrants for my webinar are not receiving their reminder emails when they should

I have my reminders set at one day and one hour before the webinar. I have had several tell me that they did not receive their email, or the email came an hour later than it should, like something is wrong with the time zone. How do I fix this?

    Make sure you have the correct time zone set in your Zoom account settings.

    Time zone setting is under "Profile"

    The time zone is set as it should be. What about the people that never get an email? What is the solution for that?
