Hello,
We use a meeting Owl to provide video of our monthly meetings. I've started recording them for upload on a site. During the last meeting, the audio became muffled right after a virtual participant spoke and it stayed muffled for the rest of the meeting, which was not discovered until I listened to the recording.
Any idea on what to check? I do not think it is my laptop speaker drivers. Could a dip in our wi fi create a muffled sound that never recovered? We have fast, fiber wi fi....
I was also using the laptop running the Zoom to take minutes in MicroSoft Word but don't know if that could have affected anything...
Thanks for any trouble shooting tips!
