On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I have an individual license that allows me to have 1,000 webinar attendees. I am trying to add co-hosts because I need help managing the webinar. Can someone help?

Hello @HarryT

Co-hosts can be added during a webinar, but not prior. If there are users on your account, you can make them alternative hosts which will make them co-hosts once you join into the webinar as host. The following articles can assist in the roles in your webinar, adding an alternative host, as well as adding a co-host:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206330935-Enabling-and-Adding-a-Co-Host

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/208220166-Alternative-Host

I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
