I have windows 10 on my laptop. I cant to login to Zoom desktop application because I have the old version . I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version 5.14 using the zoom_amd64.deb installer but i cant do...

I’m not sure what the .deb file extension is, but pretty sure it’s not the correct installer. Try doing a fresh install by visiting zoom.us/download. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling whatever Zoom version that is installed from your device first, and try installing from that URL again.
