Zoom does not pick audio signal through USB adaptor

I am trying to use a wireless microphone system as my mic for Zoom meeting. First, I connected wireless microphone with a USB adaptor, and then plugged it into a USB port, when I change the setting of Microphone on Zoom audio, the computer detected the USB port, however simply does not play the sound. Can someone kindly help me out? Thanks in advance.

Hello @pvccc

If you are using a mac (that is what I use, so I know it better) then you should check your Bluetooth connections. See if the wireless mic is being picked up on your machine. Then when you go into your Zoom audio settings, go to the dropdown and select the mic that you wish to choose and run a mic test. Also, when you first plugged in the mic, it may have asked you if you will allow the mic to be used on that machine. If you did not click "allow" then it will not allow that audio output to work on your specific machine. I believe that Windows OS has a similar concept, but I have not tested it to date.
