I'm trying to start using the Virtual background app in marketplace but it says its waiting permission. Its been 4 months. My IT department is now familiar with this request and advised I reach out to Zoom direct. Any help with this?

Hey @Razzle the Zoom Account owner or admin permissions can look into our KB on Managing the Zoom App Marketplace. This should help your Zoom account owner or admin on the account give permission to use apps from the Marketplace.
