unable to download zoomworkplace on MAC

Hello, I'm having trouble downloading Zoom Workplace on my Mac. All the updates have been installed, and I've restarted my computer.
Do you have any ideas on how to do this?

Hi! If Zoom Workplace isn’t downloading on your Mac even after updates and a restart, try this: go to zoom.us/download and grab the installer directly. Also, check System Settings > Privacy & Security to make sure your Mac isn’t blocking the app. If that doesn’t work, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Hope that helps!
