can't get ZAK to start a a meeting

I am building a website using Next.js framwork, i am having trouble getting the ZAK token, i have no idea where to start, i know i should send request to `https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/${user_id}/token?type=zak` but where i do get the `user_id` from ?
