Hello i'm trying to enable zoom apps, but i can't enable.

There's a message "Locked for the administrator"

Anybody can tell me where to enable please?

@MGC Please go into Account Management > Account Settings and see if Zoom Apps are enabled on the Zoom Apps tab.

I'm the owner and when entering the path you mention de button is disabled, i can't activate. There a label net to it "Blocked by Administrator"

Are you looking in your personal settings or in the Admin settings (bottom of the left side menu)?  You should have to unlock it in the Admin Account Management Settings before you can turn it on in your personal settings.
