Unable to view recordings when using the official Zoom Phone integration for Zendesk

Hi there,

 

I am reaching out because we have recently installed the official Zoom Phone integration for Zendesk. However, we have encountered an issue where none of the call recording URLs seem to work. Instead, they all give a "no permission" error. We have already created a support ticket for this problem but wanted to check with the community to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue and resolved it. 

 

Full error replicated:

You cannot view this recording

No permission

I am the account owner and main administrator for our Zoom instance and am unable to resolve this on my own.

 

Has anyone within the Zoom community who uses Zoom Phone and Zendesk experienced this issue? I'd much appreciate any assistance you can provide.
