Tasks App

Does anyone by chance know of an App where Tasks can be submitted to a particular user on zoom and then it can handle repeating and alerting the user to the pending tasks until they take action such as On Hold or completed?

This is an interesting use case.
As far as I know, Zoom Tasks currently focuses more on task creation and tracking,
but automation like repeating alerts or status-based notifications may be limited
depending on the integration.

Some users handle this by using third-party task or workflow tools alongside Zoom,
especially when they need repeated reminders or automatic status updates such as
“on hold” or “completed”.

It would be useful if future updates added more built-in automation features for
task follow-ups and notifications.
