Zoom Version 6.1.10 doesn't seem to be able to screen mirror properly from the iphone 15 Pro max to Apple TV (Version 17.6) by rotating to landscape mode. In some cases when it does rotate, the image is upside. Only happens when screen mirroring, otherwise, app rotates perfectly. Any insights would be appreciated, thanks!

I am having the same issues. If I do not connect to my Apple TV, my image renders correctly with the turn of the phone, but once I connect to Apple TV, the image in landscape mode is upside down and I have no way to turn it right side up on the iPhone.

I noticed the same issue, started maybe 2-3 weeks ago. Only when mirroring the iPhone screen to the Apple TV. I have since tried reinstalling my iPhone 13 and the Apple TV to the latest OSs and the issue is persisting.

Hello there,
Kindly update your Zoom app to the latest version and check if the auto rotate is turned on.
Please let us know if the issue persists.

Hi Mark, I have updated my iPhone to the latest version of zoom and checked auto rotated. The issue persists. FYI, I have also checked that the Apple TV is on the latest version of the Apple TV OS and my iPhone is also on the latest version of IOS.

Hello @Davidmallory and @Paul8V,
Do you perhaps have the ‘Portrait Orientation Lock’ activated in Control Center? That could prevent the TV app from adjusting to landscape orientation.

I am running IOS version 17.7 on an iPhone SE model MMX53LL/A and apple TVOS 18.0 on an apple 4K TV and Zoom version 6.1.11 on the iPhone SE and all works as expected.
